Situated in northern Denmark, Hirtshals is in the county of North Jutland. Hirtshals is surrounded by amazing scenery, with the sea on one side and on the other dunes and low hills and peat bogs. There are frequent ferry crossings to and from Norway operated by Color Line sailing between Hirtshals & Oslo, Hirtshals & Kristiansand, Hirtshals, Stavanger and Bergen via modern conventional ferries and fast ferry sailings during the summer season.

Stromstad offers a multiplicity of events and activities with everything from marine biology lectures to festivals, from summer music in Stromstad church to nightclub performances. The Strömstad ferry also provides the fastest route across the sea to Norway via Sandefjord and with many departures and arrivals every day it's easy to save your self hours of dreary driving. Sandefjord is located approximately 1 hours driving south of Oslo, so instead of driving and queuing for more than 3 hours you can enjoy a pleasurable ferry trip.

Sandefjord is a cultural town that combines history with what is modern and trendy. Follow in the footsteps of the Viking’s, shop in the small specialized stores, have a gourmet meal, enjoy fresh coffee at one of the cosy cafés, visit Europe's only Whaling Museum, or take a walk among the lovely sculptures of the town.Bergen - the capital of the fjord country is a colourful mixture of Norwegian charm and culture. To and from Sweden via Strömstad, Sandefjord port also offers the fastest connection to southern Norway via ferry with Color Line with daily departures.

Located at the south-east coast of Norway, Larvik ferry port is an important junction between road and sea transport. There are daily ferry connections to and from Denmark, train connections to and from Oslo and further to Gardermoen international airport. Larvik is 25 minutes journey by car to Torp international airport. The highway, E18, runs behind the town and leads south to Kristiansand and north to Oslo.

Bergen - the capital of the fjord country is a colourful mixture of Norwegian charm and culture. Oslo is the oldest of the Scandinavian capital cities,It is Norway's second largest city, founded in 1070, and set amidst seven towering mountains. Bergen is full of history and has over 20 museums and art galleries. Bergen ferry port is a busy international port and may well be your first stop in Norway.
